Linzi is the behind-the-scenes expert of the team. She brings skills developed through extensive careers in banking and office management, including attention to detail, friendliness, and critical thinking. Linzi values clear communication, organization, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
She takes her role as office manager seriously, working to keep the company organized and operating efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on team and customer satisfaction. Linzi believes that when team members feel supported and valued, they become better coworkers and stronger representatives of Tanker’s Plumbing & Septics in the field.
Customer feedback is always welcome and is essential to making sure the company fulfills its commitment to excellence. Linzi also holds her Plumbing Apprentice card, ensuring she is legally permitted on any job when the need arises.
