Jessica is the friendly voice on the phone who handles scheduling and dispatching for our technicians. With years of experience in customer service and banking, she listens carefully to understand what each customer needs and helps send the right technician for the job.
Her excellent attention to detail supports accurate data entry and smooth day-to-day office operations. Jessica is always willing to go above and beyond and is an outstanding example of a true team player—even delivering parts to job sites when needed so technicians can keep working efficiently.
Jessica also holds her Plumbing Apprentice card, ensuring she is legally permitted on any of our jobs if the situation arises.
