In loving memory – Floyd Harris Sr
Tanker learned to operate a wide variety of heavy machinery, as well as everything he knows about Septic Installation, from his beloved Pops, Floyd Harris Sr.. Tanker was privileged enough to work with his dad from a very young age, running equipment and installing septic systems and uses that knowledge on a regular basis to take care of a variety of plumbing and septic projects for our customers. Before passing away in 2022, Tanker’s Dad was a beloved member of our team who brought his knowledge, skill and humor to our company. During his time with our company Floyd rounded out the 3rd of 3 generations of Harris men working for Tanker’s Plumbing & Septics. He is missed daily.
SIDNEY “TANKER” HARRIS

Affectionately known as just Tanker to anyone he meets, brings 19+ years of plumbing experience and 30+ years of septic experience to the team. He is our fully licensed and insured Responsible Master Plumber, he has his LP gas license and also holds the necessary Septic Installer II license that allows us to also install and work on septic systems.
Tanker is a dedicated and extremely hard-working leader and is both an integral part of our office team as well as being out in the field with our technical team on a daily basis. Tanker has worked hard to gain and maintain his flawless reputation by always doing honest work with integrity and being fair while always taking the responsibility of being the name and face of the company to heart.
Tanker never cuts corners and values efficiency, friendliness and competency while taking pride in every job. He strives to instill these beliefs in every team member and holds each one of them to his incredibly high standard.
To Tanker, plumbing is not a matter of fixing a leaking pipe or clearing a clogged toilet, it’s forging a lifelong relationship and friendship with our customers and assuring them that they can trust Tanker, and his entire team, with their health and safety.
LINZI HARRIS
OWNER / OFFICE MANAGER / HUMAN RESOURCES
Linzi is the behind-the-scenes expert of the team. She brings a variety of skills acquired in her extensive banking and office management careers to the company including attention to detail, friendliness and critical thinking. Linzi values clear communication, organization, honesty and a strong work ethic.
She takes her role as the office manager seriously and strives to ensure that the company is organized and operates at maximum efficiency while maintaining the focus of team and customer satisfaction. It is vital to Linzi that the team feels supported and valued, which, she believes, encourages them to be better co-workers and representatives for Tanker’s Plumbing & Septics in the field. Customer satisfaction and feedback is welcomed and is essential to making sure that the company is fulfilling its commitment to excellence in all aspects.
Linzi holds her Plumbing Apprentice card to ensure that she is legally permitted on any of our jobs if the situation arises.
JESSICA
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Jessica is our friendly voice on the phone that takes care of scheduling and dispatching our competent technicians. Jessica worked for a number of years in customer service and banking and is focused on excellent customer service, understanding our customers’ description of what they need and dispatching the correct technician for the job. Jessica is tasked with data input and has excellent attention to detail to ensure that our office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Jessica is always willing to go above and beyond and is an outstanding example of a true team player. If necessary, Jessica will even take parts out to our jobs to ensure that our technicians can keep working as efficiently as possible.
Jessica holds her Plumbing Apprentice card to ensure that she is legally permitted on any of our jobs if the situation arises.
MICHAEL
JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER & SEPTIC INSTALLER I
Michael is our senior technician. Michael holds his Master & Journeyman Plumbing Licenses and his Septic Installer I license. Michael also holds his LP gas license so he can work on projects that involve propane gas. Michael has been with Tanker’s Plumbing & Septics from the beginning and is the 2nd of the 3 generations of Harris men working for Tanker’s Plumbing & Septics. Michael has learned a lot from Tanker, his Paw Paw Floyd and from various other plumbers that have come and gone since the company opened. Michael now has his own approach to plumbing and his own special skill set which he enjoys sharing with the junior technicians and apprentices. Michael primarily does septic and plumbing service work for the company and enjoys customer interaction and being challenged with various plumbing or septic problems so he can continue to grow and further his knowledge and skill set. Michael is an incredibly dedicated, encouraging and hard-working member of the team and we are privileged to have him be such a great team member and mentor.
CASEY
TRADESMAN PLUMBER
Casey is our junior technician. Casey holds his Tradesman License and is getting ready to take his Journeyman test soon to advance his career further. Casey has been with the company for several years and joined the team without any plumbing knowledge and has flourished as a plumber. Casey enjoys and is excellent at new construction plumbing but also enjoys expanding his knowledge by tackling plumbing service calls when the opportunity arises. Casey is a patient and caring person and is a great mentor to the apprentices that he gets to work with. Casey is always happy to share his knowledge with others and is always willing to listen and learn from others in return. Attention to detail and being a team player is extremely important to Casey, and it shows in his ability to constantly improve, encourage others to be better and get the job done correctly.
COYE
PLUMBING APPRENTICE II
Coye is our most experienced apprentice and is getting very close to being qualified to take his Tradesman test. Coye has been with the company for a few years and also joined the team with no plumbing knowledge or experience. Coye has grown so much as a person and a team member in his time with the team and is excited to take the next step to become a Tradesman Plumber in the near future. Coye is hard working and dedicated and absorbs all the information he can from the licensed plumbers so he can continue to improve. Coye enjoys all aspects of plumbing and is always willing to step in whenever he is needed.
BRADLEY
PLUMBING APPRENTICE I
Bradley is the newest member of the team and joined the company recently. Bradley is excited to learn the plumbing trade and we believe he will be a valuable asset to the team with his enthusiasm, dedication and willingness to learn.
